At Novora, we want you to love your purchase. Each of our lamps is carefully produced and inspected before it leaves our studio, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund and notify you via email regarding the status of your request.
Please note:
- Exchanges are currently not offered.
- Returns cannot be accepted for products that are broken or damaged after delivery due to misuse or handling.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the issue. Our team will review the case and assist you with a resolution.
